This is my shower. 
First you must set the inner dial to a desired temperature--something between warm and warm. 
Then, in order to get any water, you must turn the outer dial six or seven times. 
Then you must pull the ceiling switch that allows you to turn on the pump that turns a mere tinkle into a roaring trickle.
